About the Founders of Valor AgriWorx
Paden Owens, Co-Founder of Valor AgriWorx, brings over five years of experience working directly with farmers and ranchers improve their operations. Guided by a few key soil health mentors, Paden has developed a deep passion for helping growers solve challenges at the root.
Paden alongside his wife Kyla and six children live in Leoti, Kansas, where Valor AgriWorx also operates a warehouse. Paden also runs a family ranch, where the values of hard work, stewardship, integrity, and legacy guide everything he does.
Wade Sprenkle, Co-Founder of Valor AgriWorx, is a fourth generation farmer where he owns and operates a family farm alongside his dad and brother. Wade understands firsthand the challenges farmers face which has pushed Wade to learn a better way to farm. These lessons fuel Wade to help provide farmers with the products and personal support they need to protect yields, strengthen their soil, and keep family farms thriving.
Wade alongside his wife Courtney and five children live in Lamar, Missouri, where Valor AgriWork’s facility is located. Wade has a deep respect for the ag community and an unshakable belief that farming is more than a business - its a calling.
